Rainy seasonWe worked in Ndanda for nearly three years in the early 90’s.
Graham’s job was teaching A level mathematics and physics in the secondary school. Judy’s work was more complicated; nearly all of the household chores, some English teaching to students in vocational training and providing food and comfort to a series of VSO visitors.

VSO, Voluntary Service Overseas was the organisation responsible for recruiting Graham in the first place, then getting us there and supporting us. http://www.vso.org.uk is the place to find out more.

Hello Graham & Judy. What a pleasant surprise to find your website. Keep up the good work. Alistair VSO 1991-94 I wonder if there are any working fish ponds remaining?

I’ve been told that there are fish ponds. Perhaps someone living there will tell us more.
